Kyle spent the majority of his youth in upstate New York. He attended Bob Jones University in Greenville, SC, earning a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in church music. He met his wife, Emily, while on a choir tour in college, and they were married in July of 2006. During the first four years of their marriage, Kyle and Emily lived in Charleston, SC teaching music and serving in the music ministry of a local church. They then followed God’s leading to teach for one year at Northland International University in Dunbar, WI before settling in New Hampshire where Kyle served as a music pastor for eight years and Emily continued to teach private music lessons. It was during this stage of life that God blessed them with their three children – Jenna, Jason, and Allie.
God’s hand of providence led Kyle to serve at Twin City Bible Church in the summer of 2019. Kyle primarily oversees the musical worship ministry at Twin City and counts it a privilege to serve alongside the team of musicians here. One of his greatest joys in ministry is to lead God’s people in Scripture-saturated and Christ-exalting songs for the glory of God and the edification of His people.
Kyle and his family enjoy walking in their neighborhood, exploring Winston-Salem, singing in the car together, and drinking good coffee.
